Job Details
About your service: VillageOSHC at Montessori East Primary School
Location: Bondi, NSW.
Position: Casual
Hourly Rate: $43 to $45 Per Hour + Super
Enjoy a competitive base rate, plus, boost your earnings further with exclusive Worker Retention Payment Scheme pay entitlements.
After School Care: 2:45 PM to 6:00 PM.
Monday to Friday.
Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
As our OSHC Service Coordinator you will:
Be the Visionary: You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
What You Bring to the Mix
The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved! (While not mandatory, this is highly desirable.)
The Vibe: You’re warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
