About your service: Extend OSHC at St Paul's College

Location: Gilles Plains, SA

Position: Casual

Hourly Rate: $43 to $45 Per Hour + Super

Role:

Before School Care: 6:50 am to 8:50 am
After School Care: 2:25 pm to 6:10 pm
Vacation Care: Be apart of an exciting vacation care program! With up to 6 hour shifts.
Monday to Friday
Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
As our OSHC Service Coordinator you will:

Be the Visionary: You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
Mentor & Mobilise: Motivate your team by empowering them to lead with confidence and fostering a shared commitment to enriching every child’s experience.
Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

The Qualification: You’ve got a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
