Job Details
About your service: Surrounding Suburbs in the Central Eastern Suburbs
Location: Some suburbs to name a few are Ringwood, Canterbury, Malvern, Glen Iris, Toorak and Lilydale
Position: Casual
Hourly Rate: $43 to $45 Per Hour + Super
Enjoy a competitive base rate, plus, boost your earnings further with exclusive Worker Retention Payment Scheme pay entitlements.
Role:
Work 2-3 or more shifts across both Before School Care and After School Care.
Vacation Care: Be a part of an exciting vacation care program! With up to 6 hour shifts.
Monday to Friday availability.
Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
As our OSHC Relief Service Coordinator you will:
Be the Visionary: You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
Mentor & Mobilise: Motivate your team by empowering them to lead with confidence and fostering a shared commitment to enriching every child’s experience.
Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
What You Bring to the Mix
The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
The Vibe: You’re warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
Master Connector: Whether you’re engaging with a curious child, empowering an Educator, or navigating a high-level meeting with school leadership, you build trust and connection in minutes.
