Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced OSINT and GEOSINT Specialist to conduct a comprehensive assessment of transportation networks and logistical infrastructure within a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, verifying, and mapping critical data to support operational planning and route feasibility studies.
Key Responsibilities
• Infrastructure Verification : Conduct detailed open-source research to identify and verify the operational status of key transportation nodes and structural assets.
• Route Analysis : assess primary and alternative transit corridors for viability, noting logistical support points and potential impediments.
• Data Validation : rigorous cross-referencing of data using satellite imagery, government databases, and other open sources to ensuring accuracy and currency.
• Reporting : Compile findings into structured geospatial datasets and a summary analysis report.
Requirements
• Experience : Proven background in OSINT, geospatial analysis, or logistics planning.
• Technical Proficiency : Experience with mapping tools (e.g., Google Earth, QGIS) and data visualization.
• Verification Skills : Strong ability to validate data sources and timestamp information to ensure relevance.
• Discretion : Ability to handle sensitive project parameters with a high degree of professionalism.
Compensation & Work Model
• This is a freelance, project-based role
• Compensation will be discussed based on scope and expertise
• Deliverables due within 7 days of assignment
