OSP CX Manager
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year
Location: Atlanta, GA / North Georgia
Job Summary
The OSP CX Manager is responsible for overseeing directional boring vendors and managing outside plant construction projects from initiation through completion. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and customer-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage turnkey directional boring vendors for relocations, network builds, and emergency maintenance
• Oversee construction projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence
• Coordinate across project managers, field operations, permitting teams, and customers
• Lead customer communications, including updates and outage response
• Maintain strong relationships with municipalities, data centers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory and company standards
Qualifications
• Experience managing OSP construction or telecom infrastructure projects
• Strong vendor management and project management skills
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Knowledge of permitting, municipal coordination, and construction processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
