Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
Oversee daily functioning and scheduling of all surgeries in the OT complex.
Ensure all pre-operative and post-operative protocols are followed.
Maintain proper documentation and surgical records.
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other departments for seamless operation.
2. Staff Supervision:
Lead and supervise OT nurses, technicians, and housekeeping staff.
Prepare duty rosters and manage staff shifts, leaves, and on-call duties.
Conduct training and orientation for new OT staff.
3. Infection Control & Safety:
Ensure strict adherence to sterilization and aseptic techniques.
Monitor and enforce infection control policies as per NABH guidelines (if applicable).
Conduct regular audits of OT cleanliness and equipment hygiene.
4. Equipment & Inventory Management:
Monitor the availability and functioning of surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables.
Coordinate with the biomedical department for equipment maintenance and calibration.
Maintain inventory records and initiate timely procurement requests.
5. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Prepare and participate in audits (internal and external).
Ensure proper waste management and disposal in accordance with biomedical waste norms.
6. Patient Care:
Ensure that patients are received and prepared for surgery as per protocol.
Monitor patient safety throughout the surgical process.
Communicate with patients' families when necessary in collaboration with doctors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
