Ø Staff Nurse reports to CTOT Nursing Coordinator.
Ø Responsible for nursing care of the patient, and overall welfare, well-being of patient in the Hospital.
Ø Attending in-service programmes and updating professional knowledge to render better services to the patient and Institution.
Ø To give best Nursing care of patient.
Ø Should have good Interpersonal relationship with patient, attendants, visitors and other staff of CTOT
Ø Upkeep CTOT, and ancillary areas.
Ø Inventory control and check of drugs and other patient care consumables and non-consumables.
Ø Constant care and vigil of patient and informing the doctor if there is any change in condition.
Ø Carry out orders of doctors and assist them in procedures.
Ø Transfer-in/out of patient and conveyance of patients.
Ø Attend to medical and nursing needs of the patients.
Ø Supervising change of patient clothing and Hospital linen.
Ø Checking and maintenance of Bio-medical equipment’s of the OT and other non-medical fittings.
Ø In case of Hospital death, complete all formalities with dignity and concern.
Ø Should work with other OT staff as a team to ensure cooperation and coordination.
Ø Should be aware of each and every facility available in the Hospital.
Ø Should be a good communicator and ensure telephone etiquette and respond to enquiries intelligently and politely.
Ø To ensure carbonisation is done regularly.
Ø To assist the surgery after ensuring that all materials are made available.
Ø To count and enter the number of sponges and gauze in the register.
Ø To have knowledge to work as a scrub nurse or circulating nurses in the OT
Ø To hand over remaining materials to OT store.
Ø To prepare patient according to surgery.
Ø To hand over packed things to CSSD for sterilization and also to receive them.
Ø Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures
Ø Should carry out any other duty assigned by her / his superiors from time to time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
