Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an OT (Staff Nurse) at Recoup Health located in Bengaluru. As an OT (Staff Nurse), you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients, assisting physicians in the treatment process, and managing patient health records. The role will involve assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of patients.
Qualifications
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent
• Experience in an OT (Operation Theatre) setting
• Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team members
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Experience in working with diverse patient populations
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
