Full job description
Prepare and sterilize operating rooms and surgical instruments according to hospital standards.
Assist in the setup of the operating theatre with necessary equipment, instruments, and sterile supplies.
Ensure availability and proper functioning of surgical equipment and devices.
Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures by passing instruments and handling supplies.
Maintain proper documentation related to procedures, instruments used, and equipment maintenance.
Monitor and ensure strict aseptic techniques during surgical procedures.
Transport patients to and from the OT and help with pre-operative and post-operative care.
Handle and dispose of biomedical waste in compliance with hospital policy.
Maintain inventory of surgical instruments and restock supplies as needed.
Assist in the preparation and draping of patients for surgery.
Participate in on-call duty rotations, if required.
Comply with hospital policies and health and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
