Prepare and maintain operation theatre by ensuring cleanliness and sterilization.
• Arrange surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before surgery.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during operative procedures by handling instruments.
• Operate and maintain OT machines like anesthesia machines, suction, cautery, and monitors.
• Ensure strict aseptic techniques and infection control practices.
• Prepare patients for surgery and shift them safely to and from the OT.
• Maintain records of instruments, consumables, and sterilization cycles.
• Monitor equipment functionality and report issues for timely maintenance.
