Full job description

Order to Cash (OTC):

Process customer orders, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

Coordinate with sales, finance, and warehouse teams.

Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback.

Ensure timely resolution and maintain service records.

Manage inbound/outbound shipments and delivery schedules.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
