Working to optimise end to end in the order to cash processes, such as reviewing customer balance sheets holistically, and using these to drive prioritisation of actions, such as customer reconciliations
- Will perform root cause analysis on defined problem statements, develop and lead action plans to drive best practices throughout EMEA to improve overall performance (Company and our outsourced operations) and develop governance to drive adherence to best practices
