The Role
Transport Planner
In this role you will form part of the execution team at our depot in Ashby. You will Communicate to internal and external customers on the daily delivery performanceand overseethe day-to-day Planning operations of the Transport Department at Ashby.You will be working on a 4 on 4 off Rota on days.

OFFICE BASED
This role will be based at our site in Ashby-De-La-Zuch (LE65 1JR)
Key Responsibilites
• Plan resourcestomatch thesite workload.
• Produce daily Transport department performance reports.
• Track drivers on the various TSPsystems
• Update the TMS (Mandata)system.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualifications.Level 2 in English & Maths.
Experience. You will have experience of workingin a logisticsenvironment and be able to work collaboratively with drivers and the teamensuring the smooth running of the department.Digital Tachograph knowledge. Competent in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Stock software programs). Previousexperience of telematics advantageous.Management CPC is desirable.
Communication.Show us that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships both with our colleagues and with our clients. You will engage and communicate with audiences made up of a diverse background across all areas of EV Cargo.
Influence & Persuasion. You will have the ability to effectively influence others and build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
