No more than 2 major violations in the last 2 years
No more than 3 minor violations in the last 2 years
No violent or drug-related felonies within the past 5 years
Steady work history – no more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years
Safe driving record – no more than 2 out-of-service violations in the past 2 years
