Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outbound Call Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to deliver top-notch service by engaging with potential clients and setting up appointments for our loan consultants. As an Outbound Call Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to leads from our referrer databases, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and tracking leads and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads provided through our referral partners.
Schedule appointments with loan consultants for potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions.
Track leads and monitor conversion rates to optimise outreach efforts.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a warm and caring phone manner to build rapport with leads and referrers.
Collaborate with team members and referral partners to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in outbound calls, telemarketing or customer service, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
Proficient in English with an excellent phone manner and strong skills in handling objections effectively.
Understanding of mortgage processes and terminology.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
