Contractor Wanted: Outbound Caller for Exclusive Event Campaign (Work from Home)
Part-Time | 4-Week Project | High-Energy, Professional Role
Are you an experienced outbound caller who thrives on results?
Do you enjoy fast-paced, high-volume campaigns where your ability to connect and influence makes a real difference?
We’re seeking a confident, personable, and professional Outbound Calling Contractor to support our team on a short-term, high-impact project. You’ll be contacting owners of residential building companies across Australia and New Zealand, inviting them to an exclusive in-person event and securing their registration.
This is not just about making calls, it’s about engaging conversations, consistent follow-up, and driving tangible outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Calling a curated list of residential building company owners
Using a proven script (no improvisation) to invite them to a free, in-person event
Sending follow-up emails and SMS messages via HubSpot
Reaching back out to interested contacts for three consecutive days until they register (or decline)
Logging every call, outcome, and task in HubSpot
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales at APB with daily and weekly updates
You Must Have
Experience with outbound calling, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales
Strong call control skills - you can hold the conversation and keep people engaged
A warm, friendly, and professional phone manner
High energy and resilience (This is a high-volume campaign)
Experience using HubSpot CRM for calls, emails, and record-keeping
A fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
Availability to work during Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
The Details
Onboarding Week: 16 June 2026
Contract Timeline: 16 June - 11 July, 30 June - 25 July, or 14 July - 8 August. (4 week contracts)
Part-time hours: Approx. 15 hours per week
Minimum Expectations: 200+ Companies called per week
Pay: Fixed rate plus bonus per verified registration (details provided during interview)
Runway: Opportunity to apply for a permanent role based on performance
