Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Outbound Email Marketing to lead and execute our email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and implementing successful email marketing strategies, creating engaging email content, and managing email campaigns end-to-end. You should have a passion for data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of customer behavior and email best practices.
In addition to creating engaging content, outbound email marketers must also pay close attention to email deliverability, ensuring that emails are delivered to recipients' inboxes and not marked as spam. This requires a thorough understanding of email authentication protocols, such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, as well as best practices for email design and coding.
Overall, outbound email marketing can be a highly effective strategy for businesses looking to reach and engage with customers in a personalized and cost-effective way. However, it requires a strategic and data-driven approach to ensure that campaigns are successful and deliver measurable results.

Salary Package: Upto 7 LPA

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, execution, testing, and optimization.
• Manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and in line with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging email content that aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate and optimize campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain email lists and segments to ensure that campaigns reach the appropriate audience.
• Monitor email deliverability and implement strategies to improve inbox placement and open rates.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and best practices and apply them to improve campaign performance.
• Manage relationships with email service providers, ensuring that campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in outbound email marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Excellent written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to write compelling email copy.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with email marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua more...
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Understanding of email deliverability best practices and strategies to improve inbox placement and open rates.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
