Outbound Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic Outbound Sales Executive who is numbers-driven and excels at building new relationships in international markets.
• Core focus: Generate and qualify B2B leads from the USA, UK, and European markets using modern prospecting tools and creative outreach.
• Scope of work: Manage the complete pre-sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to scheduling demos and handing over to the Sales Manager.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Managers and Marketing to optimize outreach and campaign performance.
• Work style: Independent, target-oriented, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders across overlapping time zones (US/UK/Europe). Typical working hours will be scheduled to provide meaningful overlap with UK/European business hours and regular availability for US meetings — for example, an afternoon-to-evening IST shift (commonly around 12:30 PM–9:30 PM IST). Exact shift timing may vary based on target market focus and will be confirmed during onboarding. Candidates should be prepared for occasional early starts or late finishes to accommodate important client meetings or events.
