We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, reliable, competent and committed Sales Executives to join our Sales Team, who can take complete end-to-end ownership of Outbound Sales and enable and drive business growth, ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

This job requires Full time working from office or on field and we are looking for immediate joiners with experience in Business Growth.

Work Timings: + am to 6 pm between Monday to Saturday and weekly off on Sunday

Responsibilities:

· Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote products and services.

· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying leads.

· Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

· Provide product and service information to customers and answer any questions they may have.

· Handle objections and negotiate deals effectively.

· Continuously update product and industry knowledge to stay informed about new products, features, and market trends.

· Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to support sales initiatives and increase sales effectiveness.

· Supplement, track, and be held accountable to all applicable KPIs

· Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers

· Identifies prospects through various lead generation activities, including tradeshow, direct mailing, advertising, cold-calling on key industry players and referral program

· Calls on prospects to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process and criteria, and their needs

· Overcoming customer objections effectively through applying advanced solution selling skills

· Create and manage an exceptional customer experience

· Provide superior brand representation while maintaining high quality standards

· Be open and flexible to take up additional organizational level responsibilities outside the scope of work in case of organizational need/requirements

· Associates having own vehicle (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) would be preferred as the job involves extensive travelling

· Open to travel to other cities for closing sales and exhibition participation, as and when required

Skills/personal qualities:

· Good Attitude, responsibly taking ownership and good work ethic

· Strong network in Food and Gifting industry would be preferred
