NO TARGET (Only Calling process)
Job Details- Joining ASAP
· Should have excellent verbal & written English
· Must have min 1-year Experience in International Voice process Inbound/outbound in BPO/Call centre.
· Handling Inbound/outbound Customer Service calls effectively.
· Understand and resolve customer concerns & Provide service-related information
· Answer calls professionally and provides best customer service.
· Should be willing to work in Uk Shift. (12pm - + pm India time)
· Excellent Communication skill
· 6 days working (Monday to Sat)
