Job purpose
The Sales Supervisor/ head (B2C) is responsible for leading the growth of retail/ B2C sales and developing new business sales opportunities through both trade and consumer direct initiatives for the full range of products. The Sales head will lead a team of Domain Specialists and Travel managers to maximize all sales opportunities, proactively create new opportunities and achieve sales targets. A strong focus will be on developing and managing relationships with industry partners and working with them on business growth opportunities beneficial to all parties. As part of the Leadership team this position will play a key role in the development and implementation of our business development plan and providing input into strategic business growth and improvement decisions.
Key Responsibility Areas
• Business Development and Planning
• Ownership of sales targets
• Manage sales team for B2C Channel (both International & Domestic team )
• Drive growth and improvement through people development. Regularly coach and develop team members.
• Maintain a daily rigor of sales and drive the sales from each team member
• Create and manage an annual business development plan
• Pro-actively identify new and different business opportunities to provide increased sales
• Design an effective system to ensure the team provide accurate reports on existing and new business opportunities
• Undertake a review on frequent basis to ensure sales performance as per plan
• Identify and develop new products and business opportunities with identified key target agents
• Ensure that all products obtain maximize focus and opportunities
• Develop a suite of ‘special’ offers on an annual basis that can be communicated effectively to eliminate last minute requirements

• MBA or equivalent degree from tier 2 institutes
