Job Description
We’re hiring Outbound Telesales Executive or Business Development Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service selling. The person has to take responsibility for the company’s business growth by selling services like Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads), Web design & development, mobile app development, etc.
Applicant must be highly motivated, focused, customer-centric, and result-oriented to drive sales for the organization. The person will be selected as a website sales consultant or web consultant, and will play a key player in discovering potential business growth opportunities, establishing a solid relationship with clients, and promoting business growth in an ever-changing and fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
1) The BDM needs to develop and execute proper sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals by finding new business opportunities and retaining old clients.
2) Must be experienced in selling services like web design, mobile app development, and digital marketing.
3) Need to search for new business acquisitions that are internationally, and PAN India focuses.
4) Converting international projects and valuable Indian projects as well through email communication, outreach programs, cold calling/outbound calls, taking inbound calls, arranging webinars, etc.
5) Building a pipeline of leads to follow up accordingly to meet sales target.
6) Explaining and demonstrating features of services, along with up-selling and cross-selling.
7) Researching and qualifying new leads, preparing and sending quotes and proposals, closing the deal, and building rapport.
8) Needs to maintain a well-organized strategy to find out new market opportunities.
+) Besides negotiation and sales conversion, the business developer also has to follow up with a payment.
Requirements:
Applicant should be experienced in selling IT services like software, mobile application, website development, and digital marketing.
Need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in the same domain
Having a proven track record in driving business growth for the company by finding potential leads and customer retention.
Should have excellent negotiation skills and excellent verbal & written communication skills (Should be an expert in writing proposals that convert)
Proficiency in working with software like MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Should have experience in handling overseas clients.
Need to have a basic understanding of digital marketing, website design & development, application development, etc.
