Job Description
We are looking for a confident and disciplined Outbound Telecaller to support our admissions team.
Your role will be to connect with student inquiries, guide them, and encourage them to visit the centre for counselling.
This is a high-impact role where your communication directly contributes to student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Call fresh and existing student leads daily
Explain courses in simple and clear language (Hindi + basic English)
Convince students/parents to visit the centre
Maintain proper follow-ups and call records
Coordinate with the counselling team for walk-ins
Handle basic queries related to courses, fees, and career scope
Who Can Apply
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience in telecalling / sales / counselling
Comfortable speaking in Hindi and basic English
Good communication and convincing skills
Patient, polite, and consistent in follow-ups
Basic understanding of education or healthcare courses is a plus

Working Days: 6 days a week
Office Timing: 9:30 AM onwards
