Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.
2. Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that the company can offer to prospects.
3. Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
4. Keep record of outbound call history and customers response in detail.
5. Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
6. Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
7. Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals.
8. Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
9. Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings.
Key Requirements:
· 0-4 years of previous working experience in Outbound Sales preferably in software products
· Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
· Proficiency with computers, like CRM software, and strong typing skills
· Strong time management and decision-making skills
· Open to night shift
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
