Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiating Outbound Calls: Conduct cold calls to UK customers to introduce and promote our products or services.

- Customer Convincing: Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convince potential customers to make a purchase or book an appointment.

- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

- Soft Skills Application: Apply soft skills to build rapport with customers, handle objections, and move the call forward towards a positive outcome.

- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within the given timelines.

- Productivity and Quality Compliance: Adhere to productivity and quality standards, ensuring a high level of performance in every call.

- Information Collection and Validation: Gather accurate information from customers and validate the details for follow-ups and record-keeping.

- Follow-Up and Reporting: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads, and generate comprehensive reports on lead status and sales performance.

- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrate a strong drive to achieve goals and earn incentives by maximizing sales opportunities.

- Team Collaboration: Foster a team spirit, contribute to team-building activities, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in an outbound calling environment, is preferred.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to use soft skills effectively to build relationships with customers.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- A proactive, go-getter attitude with a passion for achieving targets.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Working days:

-Monday - Friday

-Alternate Saturdays working.

-Sunday fixed off

Working Time:

-Timings : 1:15-10:30

-We have joining bonus of ₹50k (terms and conditions apply)

-Salary up to 25k

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
