Employment | Little Collins Street (HQ) | Ongoing - Full-time
Full-time Ongoing position, based at any of our NSW or VIC locations; to be negotiated
Focus on ensuring all employment outcome claims are made in a timely manner and meet the requirements of Employment Services Deeds, processes, procedures and associated guidelines
Annual salary is $62,501 + 12% super

About the role:
The Outcome Claims Officer will liaise with the AMES Australia Sites, employers and clients to follow up on declaration of earnings and report under-declaration of earnings to the relevant Government Department.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:
Minimum 2 years’ administration experience
Demonstrated strong administration and organisational skills including the ability to meet tight deadlines
Solid computer literacy and experience in operating Microsoft applications and other administrative systems / databases
Ability to comprehend and apply basic mathematical calculations
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt to change, including to learn new systems and processes as needed
Proven experience working in a team environment
Ability to interpret and understand policy and process information
