A little about the position: Outfitter
Job Summary
We are seeking an Outfitter to join our team.
Some of What You Will Do:
Finish pools; install plumbing, jets skimmers, tile work, grouting pools, cutting and/or grinding excess fiberglass and repairs.
Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
1-3 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or production a plus.
Ability to read work order, diagram and tape measure.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work on a team, work independently, and the ability to work with one’s hands.
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8–12-hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation.
Experience operating hand and power tools.
Ability to read diagrams and instructions.
Experience in tiling or plumbing is preferred.
Knowledge of practicing safe workplace practices.
Ability to work overtime.
