Job Description
Manage a restaurant in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures and assume primary responsibility for the achievement of designated customer, profit, sales and employee P&L targets.
Responsibilities:
Managing Restaurant Staff Work Schedule.
Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
Overseeing food preparation, presentation, storage, and segregation to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
Ensure that all food items are properly labeled.
Checking in on dining/Takeaway customers to enquire about food quality and service.
Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
Ability to track, review and analyze sales reports on various online platforms.
Ensure smooth online and offline cash collection procedure is in place and followed properly.
Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.anaging Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.stau
Minimize wastage such as but not limited to tracking of materials expiry dates and ensure that materials are being used FIFO.rant staff's work .
Manage and maximize restaurant production by ensuring the availability of raw materials in branches and CK as needed.
Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Operation Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role.
Proven customer service experience as a manager.
Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers whenever inquired.
Familiarity with restaurant management software / applications.
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
Financial management skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or any related field.
