Remuneration: 68338.79 - 70468.72 full time equivalent base salary range (excludes super, leave loading and salary packaging)

What you'll be doing

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Administration Officer Level 3 who has hospital experience and would be keen to work in the Outpatient Department as the Children's Hospital at Westmead. This role is a permanent part time position. This position is Monday to Friday, with no weekends of public holidays.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn new administrative skills, in a supported environment while working in a variety of clinic specialties across our service including the immunization clinic.

To provide administrative services to the department.

To assist the team in their clinical roles e.g. booking appointments, bulk billing, managing the data base, records and reports

The Scope exists for exercising initiative in the application of established work practices and procedures.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in a customer service environment.

Demonstrates excellent administration experience within a hospital environment.

Values teamwork and working independently.
