Job Description
Clinician Type: NP or PA
Unit/Dept: Family Medicine
Unit Details: Work in a dynamic outpatient setting with no call responsibilities. Care for patients of all ages.
Daily Volume: Estimated 3-4 patients per hour, totaling 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift.
Additional Providers/Support Staff: Collaborate with a team of 5 providers working * AM - * PM and 4 providers working 10 AM - 10 PM.
EMR System(s): Epic (HealthConnect)
Lic/Certs: CA Lic, BLS
BC/BE: BC
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Ongoing, with preference for a commitment of 6 months or more, but will consider 3 months with options to extend.
Shift: 10 hour days from 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM or possibly some shifts from 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, with rotating coverage every other weekend and days off during the week.
Housing/Travel: All-inclusive arrangement available.
Pay Structure: Competitive bid.
Notes: Covid vaccination required, including booster.
Required Experience: Family Practice/Medicine experience with a focus on common conditions such as colds, flu, diabetes, hypertension in a primary care setting for all ages.
