Job Description
MLK Community Medical Group (MLK CMG) has an opening for a Full-Time Outpatient Primary Care provider at its new location in Downtown Los Angeles (1.3 miles from Staples Center). We are a growing multi-specialty group which currently has sixteen different specialties.
Qualifications:
Must be board-certified in Family Medicine or Med Peds
Bi-lingual (Spanish Speaking) is preferred, but not required: Spanish speaking scribe provided
Must have at least 2 years experience

4 days of on-site 8am - 5pm; 4 hours of admin (on-site or remote)
Average of 20 patients per day
Sign on bonus 5%
Opportunity to earn up to 10% annual bonus; Guaranteed for Year 1 and Year 2
Year 1 cash compensation $300,000 + $15,000 (sign on bonus) + $30,000 (annual bonus) = $345,000
Opportunity to make a difference; physicians participate in designing how healthcare is delivered
