Job Description
In this full-time role, based in Camberwell, you will be responsible as the coordination of Rehabilitation Outpatient programs. You will be part of the administration team and report to an Administration Team Leader.
You will make an impact by:
Providing a comprehensive customer focused service
Efficient management of all outpatient program referrals
Ensure all referrals are compliant with Health Fund and Compensable contracts
To be successful in this role…
You will be a positive team player with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels such as Allied Health, Nursing and VMO's.
You will have:
Excellent communication and computer skills
Previous working experience in a Hospital/Medical Administration department
Demonstrated ability to prioritise
Demonstrated ability to meet timelines whilst maintaining Customer Service in a fast paced and demanding environment
