Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Outreach Community Advocate to join our team at A Place At Home - Montclair. This sales role requires building and nurturing relationships with referral sources, actively marketing our services, and engaging in meaningful conversations with clients. The position involves regular coaching and training to support your development and performance, with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to help track and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources.
2. Market our services to potential referral sources, ensuring a strong presence in the community.
3. Engage with potential clients, understanding their needs, and conveying the benefits of our services.
4. Act as the primary liaison between A Place at Home and the community.
5. Represent A Place at Home at industry events, community gatherings, and other networking opportunities.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and implement marketing plans.
7. Participate in regular coaching and training sessions to enhance skills and drive performance.
8. Utilize KPIs and scorecards to monitor and improve performance.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, healthcare, or a related field; or relevant work experience (4 - 8 years)
Proven sales or marketing experience, preferably in the Home Care Industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Knowledge of community resources and experience in community networking
Strong presentation skills and ability to convey our services' value to diverse audiences
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented
