Job Description
A. Scoping:
1. Supervising the survey undertaken & identifying areas villages / wards having potential for formation of SHG/JLG.
2. Assisting in arranging the minimum number of participant in a particular village / ward is very critical for execution of this activity
B. Participant Orientation:
1. Manages the orientation training which involves the activity of educating the members on financial literacy, formal banking and credit awareness.
C. Participant Acquisition, Group Formation & Financial Literacy:
1. Supervision on Collection of participants profile & get them into Group formation after orientation.
2. Create baseline information about the SHG / JLG.
