Work Location : Hyderabad
• Installation in MySQL/MariaDB server database with platforms like Linux, Windows & AWS
• Installing various versions of MySQL(like 5.x/8.x)/MariaDB on Linux , Windows & AWS
• Areas of experience include Installation, Creation and Maintenance of Databases.
• Experience in performance tuning, MySQL/MariaDB Circular, Master/Master and Master/Slave Replication and Percona Xtra DB cluster and resolving Lock and I/O Buffer contention issues.
• Experience on database backup and restore.
• Experience on incremental backup and schedule backup.
• Experience on MySQL/MariaDB Replication (Master-Slave).
• Expertise in snapshot, import/export, db optimization with the help of explain plan.
• Expertise in database migration from MyISAM format to Innodb storage engine to increase performance and betterment of integrity constraints.
• Taking online and offline backups, Managing daily, weekly backups.
• Responsible for weekly DB maintenance, production database release tasks.
• Worked with storage engines MyISAM, InnoDB, Memory etc.
• Installing MySQL/MariaDB with source and binary distribution.
• Perform security patching, bug fixes, minor upgrades on production, preprod and development database instances
