We are actively looking for experienced Electricians for this Crane Mechanic job opportunity with an established and reputable company in Calgary, Alberta!
This is an excellent role for an experienced gantry crane and/or overhead crane Technician to continue with their specialty. Journeyman Electricians with at least 5000 hours of OH Crane Experience are welcome to apply.
Techs get a take-home service truck (1/2 ton pickup) and are travelling to customer sites with some overnight requirement but rare.
Job Requirements:
• Must have at least Master, Journeyman Electrician designation
• Experience maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, or commissioning Overhead Cranes, Gantry Cranes or Tower Cranes.
• Hydraulic, Electrical, Panels, Gear Box, and PLC system maintenance, component replacement, and repair experience.
• Experience utilizing OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults.
• Working at Heights is a must.
• CWB certification is a definite plus!
• Clean and valid driver's license.
Compensation:
• Up to $50.00/hour to start.
• Wages vary depending on experience level.

Shifts:
• Day Shift, Monday – Friday 8am start time. Some On-Call as needed.
