Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team who also can complete prep for following day. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, has prep experience with hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of commercial spaces and the back of house, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The position is essential in supporting the overall operations and appearance of our facilities.
Responsibilities
Requires light prep work experience for restaurant (back of house) on top of daily cleaning routine
Efficient knife skills
Food preparation for pizza stations
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
Conduct deep cleaning procedures periodically as scheduled
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Follow established safety protocols and procedures during all cleaning activities
Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall building upkeep
Qualifications
Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is a plus but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently and efficiently within assigned timeframes
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $16.10-$19.00 per hour
