Some of the responsibilities include:

Works closely with other Front Office personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.
Assists the Night Manager with the Automatic Night Audit system and the production of balanced daily results.
Meets and greets all guests and assists with registrations.
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
What you Need:

You will need to be able to work 7 days rotational shifts (nights)
Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Has attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Previous experience with OPERA PMS is desired.
Previous work experience in a luxury hotel is desired.
NZ Citizen/resident or working visa in New Zealand for minimum 12 months.
You will receive FREE Carparking on-site and Duty Meals when you work the night shift.
