Overnight Steward |Dishwasher

Hotel Arts Group is currently looking for a Part time Overnight Steward (Dishwasher) to work in our busy Food and Beverage Department. As a part of the F&B team, you will be responsible for ensuring that adequate levels of china, silverware, and glassware are exceptionally clean and at appropriate stock levels. Your eye for detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast paced environment will ensure your success! Job Details: Job Type: Full time Schedule: Flexible schedule is essential. Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Wage: $16.00 - $18.00/hour What you can expect to do throughout your shift: Ensure that all dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. are cleaned and sanitized. Receive and organize equipment, china, and plateware after late night events. Wash all pots, pans, inserts, etc., and clean kitchen equipment. Clean and organize all related work equipment and areas. Make sure to have proper PPE ready for use during shift. Ensure to finish all tasks so the morning team is set up for success. Job Requirements: Demonstrated communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs consistently throughout shifts. 1+ years previous hotel stewarding experience required. Flexible schedule is essential.
