Own K-factor, organic growth, and product-led distribution
Design and ship growth loops using Proof-of-Skill as the shareable artifact
Work with product to turn features into distribution enginesBrand, Social & Communication
Own brand narrative across social, product, website, and sales touchpoints
Build Proof of Skill as a category-defining voice in hiring and trust
Lead social strategy and execution (founder brand + company brand)Content & Marketing
Own high-leverage content: positioning, copy, visuals, short-form video
Translate complex ideas (AI, trust, verification) into simple, compelling stories
Support sales with sharp, outcome-focused marketing collateralAnalysis, Execution & Tracking
Define growth metrics, funnels, and experiments
Analyze behavior using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, MS Clarity
Run fast loops: hypothesize execute measure iterateAI-First Execution
