We’re a full-package clothing manufacturer and print shop located in Downtown Los Angeles, producing high-quality garments for fashion brands. We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Owner’s Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with the company owner to support daily operations and production tasks.
Coordinate communication between departments (cutting, sewing, printing, shipping).
Create and manage production sheets, inventory lists, and reports using Excel.
Assist with follow-ups on samples, fabric orders, and customer requests.
Help with scheduling, organizing files, and maintaining smooth workflow.
Learn about the fashion production process and garment manufacturing.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills – must be comfortable with formulas and tracking data.
Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude and eager to learn about the fashion and production industry.
Able to handle multiple tasks and communicate clearly with staff and clients.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in fashion, textiles, or garment manufacturing.
