???? Objective:To assess:
Hotel staff behavior
Booking flexibility for walk-in couples
Adherence to OYO’s short-stay policies
???? Audit Details:Audit Type: Mystery Audit (Couple Stay)
Mode: In-person (Live Stay)
Duration: 1–2 hour stay
Booking Approach: Auditors should request a room for a short stay (1–2 hours) and negotiate a rate lower than the standard OYO pricing.
???? Audit Guidelines:Auditors must participate in pairs, acting as couples.

Auditors are required to check-in and complete the stay to evaluate the full guest experience, including check-in process, staff interaction, room condition, and exit protocol.
