PA to the Managing Director

HAYS are currently working with a dynamic and well-known property development company based in Perth, WA. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Managing Director. This is a permanent position, paying up to $120k + super depending on experience.

Your new role

Responsibilities

As the PA to the Managing Director, your role will be extremely diverse and constantly evolving. On a daily basis you will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

General work and life administration duties.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.

Ability to prioritise and follow up on urgent items.

You will be required to problem solve and think on your feet so you must have strong initiative and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. In addition, you will be a natural born organiser with impeccable time management skills.

What you'll need to succeed

Skills

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate experience in an EA/ PA position. You will also have the following skills and qualities:

Excellent time management, communication, organisational skills.

Experience in organising travel arrangements, events, and functions.

Property experience is highly advantageous but not essential.
