Position : Packing Executive
Location : Vasai E Waliv Mumbai
Qualification: HSC
Experience: 2-3 Year’s Experience.
Salary: 15,000 – 16,000
Job Profile :
knowledge of (Thermocol packing, Bubble sheet, wrap paper, wooden box, crates, metal box etc)
Knowledge for packing of Channel letters, Facia, Furniture, Standy, Flex, Print.
Ready to work in shift.
(8.30 to 6 or +.30 to 7 or 10.30 to 8)
To Inspect the bulk material products prior to packing and returns rejected products to store departments.
Monitor packing operations and ensure all packing materials are as per our standard specification.
To ensure no contamination during the changeover of the products followed by SOP and formats.
To ensure all machines are properly set and giving desired output. If any discrepancies, get them corrected with the assistance of the operator cum fitter.
on-the-job training to workers and helpers as far as operation and output is concerned.
Coordination with stores dept. by giving material issue slip for bulk material and packaging materials and other supplies for delivery to workstations.
To ensure best safe practices and suitable working environment in plant
To Maintain productivity and cost reduction.
Ensure reconciliation of products by maintaining the loss of not more than 0.2 % for all products.
To maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all machines
