Monitor daily packaging functions in SQDC format and having a daily track of packaging OTD.
Forecasting and arranging of packaging material requirements based on dispatch planning.
Reviewing customer complaints related to packaging, doing RCAs and providing solutions on the same.
Introducing new packaging for new parts as per customer requirements, getting approval from customers and developing SOPs and implementing the same 5. Validating new packaging concept or new packing material for FG packaging
Lead projects related to Sustainable MMF, Quality and cost savings
Monthly Review and update all SOPs for FG packaging operations
Tracking of Monthly Budget Vs Actual spend
Monthly Reconciliation of FG packaging and giving clearance of invoices to the packaging suppliers
Forecasting the Annual packaging budget as per Finance forecasting of sales Support and suggest supplier packaging improvements wherever required
Analyze existing packaging schemes from suppliers...
