Job Description
You will report directly to the Process Manager – Cream Products and work closely alongside the wider Cream Production, Quality, Maintenance and Palletising teams at our Hokitika site, supporting production outcomes and stepping into other operational areas when required.

You are a practical, reliable team player with a proven interest in food manufacturing or production environments. You bring several years’ experience working in hands-on operational roles, where attention to detail, quality and safety really matter, and you’re comfortable following set procedures while adapting to changing priorities. You enjoy learning new processes, take pride in keeping your work area clean and organised, and are known for your positive attitude and willingness to support others to achieve shared goals.

Westland Milk Products is a well-known New Zealand end-to-end dairy manufacturer, proudly producing high-quality dairy nutrition from the beautiful South Island, with offices and production facilities in both Christchurch and Hokitika.
