NOW HIRING: Seasonal Pad Builders – Alaska (Camp Work)
Minconsult Exploration Services is hiring Pad Builders for upcoming remote projects in Alaska. This is a rotational, camp-based position ideal for individuals experienced in construction or physically demanding outdoor work.
Rotation: 28 days on / 7–14 days off
Camp accommodations provided
Flights covered from point of hire
Long hours with consistent project work
Job Duties:
Site preparation and pad building
Clearing land, digging, stacking materials
Operating hand tools and assisting with equipment
Supporting helicopter operations (rigging & loads)
Working in remote, outdoor environments
Requirements:
Physically fit (heavy labour role)
Able to work long hours in tough conditions
Construction experience preferred
Valid driver’s license
Safety tickets (First Aid, Working at Heights, etc.) or willingness to obtain
This is remote camp work — long days, physically demanding, and in extreme conditions.
