Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta - Facebook, Instagram, Messenger etc.) to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.
Manage day-to-day paid media campaign operations, including budgeting, bidding, and optimization.
Analyze performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize campaign ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality ad creatives and landing pages that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and retail marketing.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving overall digital marketing performance.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in managing paid ads campaigns, preferably in the retail industry.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and other relevant advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on performance insights.
Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with creative and product teams to execute campaigns.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data and results in a clear and actionable way.
