Responsibilities:
· Creating a strong performance marketing strategy & executing the plan across platforms such as Google & Meta Ads.
· Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
· Identifying trends, insights, and optimizing spending and performance based on insights
· Measure & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, track against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Map consumer decision journey on the website and provide inputs to improve the same based on data
· Identifying and testing new channels to reach and engage with our customer base
· Working with a cross-functional team (website operations, content, and marketing) to develop and execute plans
Requirement:
· 1-3 years of experience
· Digital marketing agency experience preferred .
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and their paid marketing offerings.
· Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions.
· Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
