Job Description
Ethinos is hiring for a passionate Paid Media team member who will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of paid media strategies for Ethinos Digital Marketing's clients. The role involves managing a team of paid media specialists and collaborating with other departments to ensure integrated and effective campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement paid media strategies across various channels including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising.
• Manage and mentor a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance on campaign planning, optimization, and analysis.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure a cohesive approach to paid media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights, and continually optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising, and share this knowledge with the team and clients.
• Present campaign performance and insights to clients in a clear and concise manner, and make recommendations for future campaigns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, such as advertising platforms and technology providers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on paid media.
• Strong understanding of search, social, display, and programmatic advertising channels.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of paid media specialists.
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights to optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
